Required Reading

The main textbook for the module (which you are encouraged to buy) is Harley, T. (2013) The Psychology of Language: From Data to Theory (4th ed.), Sussex: Psychology Press. There are copies of previous editions of Harley in the libraries but whilst the content is very similar, references in the lectures and seminars will be to the 4th edition.

We will also be making frequent use of Field, A. & Hole, G. (2003) How to design and report experiments London: Sage. You might also consider buying this book, either individually or with a friend.
