1.   A textbook, Interpersonal Skills at Work, Hayes, J. 2002, Routledge, Hove will be provided to students and represents an introduction to an important area of executive skill development. Two areas of focus include Chapter 7, Presenting Information to Others and Chapter 11, Working with Others
