John Barton ed.,Cambridge Companion to Biblical Interpretation– higher-level discussion of various approaches, mainly useful for “reading lists” – and for a sense of the range and variety involved

Sue Gillingham,One Bible, many voices : different approaches to biblical studies– on historical and literary approaches, note some helpful “case studies”

Joel B. Green ed.,Hearing the New Testament : strategies for interpretation (chapters on different approaches to NT criticism)
