Core Texts

The following textbooks are all very useful. None of these are being recommended as the sole core textbook for the module, but all cover most of the topics on the module in some detail. The books by Boselie (2014) and by Bach and Edwards (2013) are particularly useful and provide the closest match with the module topics and approach.
